Terms of Use

• You must be 6 years of age or older to use this Service.
• You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested to complete the registration process.
• One email address, login and password can only be used by one person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. PingWin.work cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
• You must not upload, publish, post or transmit any unsolicited or advertising communications through PingWin.work.
• You must not distribute illegal software, malware or any code of a destructive nature through the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
• You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, transfer or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of PingWin.work.
• Violation of any of the terms of use, as determined at the sole discretion of PingWin.work, will result in immediate termination of services.

General conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service for any reason, without prior notice, at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
• You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties or conditions, whether express, implied or statutory.
• PingWin.work does not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
• PingWin.work does not guarantee that the results that may be obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Technical support is provided on a "best efforts" basis only and is only available via email and support forums.
• You understand that PingWin.work uses third party vendors and partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networks, storage systems and related technology required to operate the Service.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing content that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
• PingWin.work does not guarantee that:
  1. The service will meet your specific requirements,
  2. The service will operate without interruption,
  3. The results that may be obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable,
  4. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and
  5. Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
• You expressly understand and agree that PingWin.work, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees will under no circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits or other intangible losses (even if PingWin.work has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from:
  1. Use or inability to use the service;
  2. The need to purchase substitute goods and services resulting from the purchase or receipt of any goods, data, information or services, or the receipt of messages or transactions made through the Service.
• All fees are exclusive of any taxes, duties or levies imposed by taxing authorities and you are responsible for paying all taxes, duties or levies, excluding only taxes applicable in the Russian Federation.
• Deleting your account will result in the deletion of your Content.

Deleting an account

• Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats) of any customer, employee, member or officer of PingWin.work will result in immediate account termination.
• All of your Content will be marked for deletion from the Service upon account deletion. This information will be permanently deleted within 30 calendar days. Once deleted, your Account and any Content associated with it cannot be restored.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate your Account for any reason, without prior notice, at any time.
