PingWin.work (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online and mobile services, including a website (“pingwin.work” or the “Site”), API and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). PingWin.work is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of any user personal information.
In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we protect the personal information that we collect when you use the Service, how we use it for our purposes, and when we may disclose this information to third parties. “Personal information” in this Policy means information that identifies you, such as your name or email address. This Policy is subject to the provisions of our Terms of Use.

What personal information do we collect?

Your account on the PingWin.work service is a user account on pingwin.work (the "Account"). When you register for a PingWin.work User Account on our mobile application or on our Site, you will be required to provide an email address (which will be used as your login) and create an Account password (collectively, the "Registration Information").
During the course of using your PingWin.work Account, the client applications will regularly synchronize your data with the PingWin.work servers. Requests sent from your client application include information that identifies the current version of the PingWin.work application, the version of your device's operating system, your device's hardware manufacturer and model number, and the status of your PingWin.work client license on the device. No personally identifiable information (such as a UUID for a specific device) is sent with these requests.

How we use your personal information

PingWin.work uses your personal information to:
  • Providing you with the Service;
  • Analyzing the use of the Site and improving the Service;
  • Delivering to you any administrative notices and communications relating to your use of the Service;
  • Provide you with updates regarding PingWin.work products and services;
  • Conducting internal market research, project planning, troubleshooting, and identifying and protecting against errors, fraud, or other criminal activity;
  • Ensuring compliance with the Terms of Use Service.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

PingWin.work collects the email addresses of users who contact us by email, collects information about which pages users visit, as well as information provided by the user (such as survey data and/or registration data on the site). The information we collect is used solely to improve the quality of our services. Children

PingWin.work does not solicit or collect personal information from users under 6 years of age. We also do not allow such persons to register. If we discover that such a person has registered and provided information, we will delete that information and immediately disable all associated Accounts.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is stored on your hard drive by a web server.
Cookies are required to log in to the PingWin.work website, but not to allow unauthorized users to browse the pages.
We use cookies to record information about the current session when you log in, but we do not use persistent cookies.
You must re-login to your PingWin.work Account after a certain period of time, this is how we protect you from unauthorized access to your Account.

Data storage

PingWin.work uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networks, storage systems and related technologies required to operate the Service.
Credit card information and related transaction information, if any, are stored and processed by a third party vendor that is fully PCI compliant.

Your right to erasure of data

If you would like to delete your PingWin.work Account, you can do so by logging into your Account, going to the Settings menu, and then clicking Delete Account in the top right corner.
When you request deletion of your Account, your personal information will be marked for deletion, including, but not limited to, your email address, name, user login credentials, device identifiers, and any messages delivered to your devices that have not already been deleted from our server. This data will be permanently deleted from our database after 30 days. Archived copies of your Account data that exist in our backup system will be deleted in accordance with our normal backup expiration schedule.

Disclosure of information

PingWin.work may disclose personally identifiable information in special circumstances, such as to comply with a subpoena or when your actions would conflict with the Service's Terms of Use.

Changes

PingWin.work may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we handle personal information by sending an email to the address specified in your PingWin.work Account or by posting a notice on our website.
