Subscription renewal and remaining balance

When you already have an active subscription and renew it, the service takes into account the unused remaining balance. Therefore, the term of the new payment may become longer than just the selected period.

What this means in practice

• If you want to keep the current plan and just renew — the payment will be added to the remaining time.
• If you change the plan and pay for a new one, the remainder is also taken into account when recalculating the term.
• If there was no subscription (the term has expired), there is no remainder to carry over.
