Notification Channels
A channel is a single container for all alert delivery methods: email, Telegram, SMS, MAX or integration services.
First create a channel, then add one or more contacts inside it.
When to use
- When you need all alerts from your tasks in one place.
- When you need separate notification channels for different teams and projects.
How a channel works
A channel can be enabled or disabled with one switch. Disabled channels do not send notifications to their contacts.
Channel form fields
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Turn on the channel if it should be used now. |
| Name | Use a clear name, for example “Production alerts” or “Partner channel”. |
| Use for system notifications | If enabled, this channel receives system and task-status messages. |
| Use for reports | If enabled, this channel receives scheduled task reports. |
What happens next
After creating the channel, open it and add contacts. Start with one working channel, verify it, then copy the setup for other teams.
