Notification Contacts

Contacts are concrete recipients inside a channel: email, phone, Telegram, MAX or integration source.

How to add contacts

  1. Open the required notification channel.
  2. Click Add contact.
  3. Select delivery type.
  4. Fill in the recipient field and save.

Contact types and what to enter

Type Field What to enter
E-Mail Email address A mailbox you use regularly.
SMS Phone number Use international format with country code, for example +7… .
Telegram Bot subscription code After starting the bot, copy the code and paste it into the field.
MAX Bot subscription code Same as Telegram: get the code and paste it.
Notify.Events Channel name and token Create a source in your service and use the provided token.

Contact fields

Field Value
Enabled Temporarily disables contact without deleting it.
Events Select when to send notifications: down and recovery.
Note: for email, confirmation can be required after changing the address. Otherwise notifications may not be delivered to the new address.
