Notification Contacts
Contacts are concrete recipients inside a channel: email, phone, Telegram, MAX or integration source.
How to add contacts
- Open the required notification channel.
- Click Add contact.
- Select delivery type.
- Fill in the recipient field and save.
Contact types and what to enter

| Email address | A mailbox you use regularly. | |
| SMS | Phone number | Use international format with country code, for example +7… . |
| Telegram | Bot subscription code | After starting the bot, copy the code and paste it into the field. |
| MAX | Bot subscription code | Same as Telegram: get the code and paste it. |
| Notify.Events | Channel name and token | Create a source in your service and use the provided token. |
Contact fields

| Enabled | Temporarily disables contact without deleting it. |
| Events | Select when to send notifications: down and recovery. |
Note: for email, confirmation can be required after changing the address.
Otherwise notifications may not be delivered to the new address.
