Reports

Reports show how service availability changed for a selected period so you can share results with your team and clients.

What is included

  • List of tasks included in the period.
  • Availability percentage.
  • Total downtime duration for each interval.

Parameters

Parameter How it is used
Period Aggregation window: day, week, or month.
Start and end date Defines the statistics calculation range.
Availability percentage Time the task was healthy in the selected range. 100% means no downtime.
Downtime duration Total minutes/hours when the task was unavailable.

How to use

  1. Open the reports list in the section.
  2. Choose a period and a task.
  3. Compare availability across adjacent periods and review spikes in downtime.
The report page shows detailed rows for each task and each interval.
