Reports
Reports show how service availability changed for a selected period so you can share results with your team and clients.
What is included
- List of tasks included in the period.
- Availability percentage.
- Total downtime duration for each interval.
Parameters
| Parameter | How it is used |
|---|---|
| Period | Aggregation window: day, week, or month. |
| Start and end date | Defines the statistics calculation range. |
| Availability percentage | Time the task was healthy in the selected range. 100% means no downtime. |
| Downtime duration | Total minutes/hours when the task was unavailable. |
How to use
- Open the reports list in the section.
- Choose a period and a task.
- Compare availability across adjacent periods and review spikes in downtime.
The report page shows detailed rows for each task and each interval.
